    Mamsha Gardens consists of seven residential buildings, housing a total of 493 apartments designed to offer residents premium amenities and seamless access to Saadiyat Island’s renowned attractions. Residents will have nearby access to restaurants featuring outdoor dining terraces, a selection of retail shops, and a dedicated community theatre.     Sales for units in Mamsha Gardens will open on 9th November 2024 and will be available for all nationalities, highlighting Aldar’s commitment to catering to a diverse market.
